COURSE INTRODUCTION

This program covers the correct methods and techniques in preparing architectural drawings such as building plan drawings, building service drawings, as-built drawings, electrical wiring drawings, pipeline and drainage system drawings, and perspective drawings. Students will also be introduced to the work of building model formation. The drawings and building models are produced using conventional methods as well as CAD (Computer-Aided Design) methods.

SPM ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

• Pass SPM or equivalent with at least:
  1. One (1) Credit in any subject
  2. A Pass in Mathematics
  3. A Pass in Visual Arts Education / Engineering Drawing / Technical Communication Graphics or equivalent at the SPM level

OTHER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

• MALAYSIAN SKILLS CERTIFICATE (SKM) GRADUATES
  1. Pass Malaysian Skills Certificate (SKM) Level 2 in a related field that is recognized or equivalent
