This program aims to provide knowledge and technical training in the field of Building Information Modelling (BIM). It is an initiative to produce quality graduates who are prepared to meet industry needs in terms of technical skills, personality, and professionalism. Among the courses offered in this program are building structure construction technology, infrastructure construction technology, project management, and practical training in BIM software.

Graduates of this program will be titled ‘Site Supervisors’ in the civil and structural fields, capable of supervising construction activities that encompass material usage, construction technology, structural design, and on-site construction methods. Additionally, graduates will also be titled ‘BIM Modellers’ who are capable of developing and performing analysis on models according to industry specifications, as well as updating models according to set requirements. Graduates will also be able to provide three-dimensional (3D) model presentations to clients during the conceptual design approval process and generate quantities from the models provided by each discipline.
