MOHE urges faster project delivery for higher education
The Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) is urging all its agencies to accelerate development projects after expenditure hit only 40.88%, falling below the national average. MOHE Secretary-General Datuk Dr Aminuddin Hassim stressed the need for rapid implementation, proper funding utilization, and the adoption of modern construction technologies like IBS and BIM.
