COURSE INTRODUCTION
This program aims to provide knowledge and technical training in the field of Green and Energy Efficient Buildings. It is an initiative to bridge the gap between industry requirements and the employability of high-quality graduates with impressive skills, capable of becoming apprentices in revolutionizing the construction industry in Malaysia. Among the courses offered in this program are mechanical and electrical technology, energy-efficient building technology, industrial construction technology, and energy-efficient building simulation. Additionally, students are exposed to current situations occurring within the construction industry. Graduates from this program should be able to think creatively, innovatively, and competitively in identifying technologies to realize green and energy-efficient objectives—specifically for the construction industry—from various perspectives such as cost-effectiveness, ecosystem efficiency, and waste management to preserve the natural environment for future generations.

SPM ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
PASS SPM or equivalent with three (3) Credits in the following subjects:
- Mathematics
- Any one (1) subject from the Science Group / Vocational & Technology Group / Vocational Subjects Group (MPV) / Vocational Stream Subjects Group (MPAV)
- Any one (1) other subject
- PASS English
STPM GRADUATES
- PASS STPM with at least Grade C (GP 2.0) in any one (1) subject
STAM GRADUATES
- PASS STAM with a minimum rank of Maqbul
OTHER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
GRADUATES OF MARA SKILLS INSTITUTES (IKM) / PUBLIC OR PRIVATE SKILLS TRAINING INSTITUTES (ILKA/ILKS)
- PASS Certificate in Engineering / Engineering Technology / Profession / Technology in a related field with a CGPA ≥ 2.50
- OR PASS Certificate in Engineering / Engineering Technology / Profession / Technology in a related field with 2.0 ≤ CGPA < 2.50 and at least 6 months of work experience in a related field
MALAYSIAN SKILLS CERTIFICATE (SKM) GRADUATES
- PASS Malaysian Skills Certificate (SKM) Level 3 in a recognized related field or equivalent
MALAYSIAN VOCATIONAL CERTIFICATE (SVM) GRADUATES
- Academic Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.33 or higher
- Credit in Bahasa Melayu (SVM Code 1104)
- Vocational CGPA of 3.67 or higher
- Competent in all vocational modules
