COURSE INTRODUCTION
This program offers theoretical and practical training in the field of construction to produce a sub-professional workforce meeting current industry requirements. Students are exposed to the understanding and usage of forensic terminology within Construction Technology. The curriculum covers building service systems and building maintenance work. Emphasis is also placed on occupational safety and health, concepts and principles of implementation technology, maintenance and repair, as well as practical skills in building service systems. Furthermore, students will be trained through comprehensive projects applying these theories and techniques, enabling them to develop action plans and execute maintenance and repair works.

SPM ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
PASS SPM or equivalent with three (3) Credits in the following subjects:
- Mathematics

- Any one (1) other subject
- PASS English
STPM GRADUATES
- PASS STPM with at least Grade C (GP 2.0) in any one (1) subject
STAM GRADUATES
- PASS STAM with a minimum rank of Maqbul
OTHER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
GRADUATES OF MARA SKILLS INSTITUTES (IKM) / PUBLIC OR PRIVATE SKILLS TRAINING INSTITUTES (ILKA/ILKS)
- PASS Certificate in Engineering / Engineering Technology / Profession / Technology in a related field with a CGPA ≥ 2.50
- OR PASS Certificate in Engineering / Engineering Technology / Profession / Technology in a related field with 2.0 ≤ CGPA < 2.50 and at least 6 months of work experience in a related field
MALAYSIAN SKILLS CERTIFICATE (SKM) GRADUATES
- PASS Malaysian Skills Certificate (SKM) Level 3 in a recognized related field or equivalent.
MALAYSIAN VOCATIONAL CERTIFICATE (SVM) GRADUATES
- Academic Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.33 or higher
- Credit in Bahasa Melayu (SVM Code 1104)
- Vocational CGPA of 3.67 or higher
- Competent in all vocational modules
