F54 – DIPLOMA IN ELECTRONIC ENGINEERING (ROBOTIC & AUTOMATION)
COURSE INTRODUCTION
Robotics and Automation Engineering focus on the application of control systems and information technology to augment or replace human labor in the production of goods and services. Within an industrial scope, automation is a step beyond mechanization. While mechanization provides human-operated machinery to reduce physical labor, automation significantly reduces the need for human sensory input and mental intervention. Automation plays an increasingly vital role in the global economy and daily occupational tasks.
