D34 – DIPLOMA IN DIGITAL MEDIA DESIGN
COURSE INTRODUCTION
The program is structured around studio and lab learning. The program’s teaching covers digital media, business, new media and professional practical streams in problem solving both in the learning sessions and through project work with external companies. The goal of this studio work is to encourage discussion, innovation and creativity of students during project work and to help introduce students to a real work environment. The program also aims to develop key skills in creative design, process design, visual communication, creative problem solving, design fundamentals and practices, project management, communication and collaboration, technical design skills, marketing and entrepreneurship.

SPM ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- Pass SPM or equivalent with at least three (3) Credits in the following subjects:
- PASS English and Mathematics
- PASS Interview / Portfolio Review conducted by MARA
STPM GRADUATES
- PASS STPM with at least Grade C (NGMP 2.0) in any one (1) subject
- PASS Interview / Portfolio Review conducted by MARA
STAM GRADUATES
- PASSED STAM with the rank of maqbul
- PASS Interview / Portfolio Review conducted by MARA
OTHER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- GRADUATES OF MARA SKILLS INSTITUTES (IKM) / PUBLIC OR PRIVATE SKILLS TRAINING INSTITUTES (ILKA/ILKS)
- PASS Certificate in Engineering / Engineering Technology / Profession / Technology, in a related field, with CGPA ≥ 2.50
- OR PASSED Certificate in Engineering / Engineering Technology / Profession / Technology, in a related field with 2.0 ≤ CGPA < 2.50 with at least 6 months of working experience in a related field
- PASS Interview / Portfolio Review conducted by MARA
- MALAYSIAN SKILLS CERTIFICATE (SKM) GRADUATES
- Pass SKM Level 3 in a recognized related field or equivalent
- PASS Interview / Portfolio Review conducted by MARA
- ACCREDITATION OF PRIOR EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING (APEL (A))
- PASS Interview / Portfolio Review conducted by MARA
