The Education Ministry (MOE) has opened applications for the Vocational College Diploma programme for the May 2026 intake, offering school leavers an opportunity to pursue studies in technical and vocational education and training (TVET).
In a social media posting, the ministry said applications are open from March 15 to April 12, 2026, and must be submitted online through mohon.tvet.gov.my.
“The programme is open to Malaysian citizens who sat for the SPM examination in 2024 or 2025 and obtained a pass in Bahasa Melayu. Applicants must also meet additional academic requirements, including passing Sejarah along with at least two other subjects or holding relevant Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) qualifications,” it said.
Among the specialised diploma programmes offered are Diploma in Information Technology, Diploma in Computer Technology, Diploma in Accountancy, Diploma in Insurance, Diploma in Biotechnology, Diploma in Graphic Design Technology, Diploma in 3D Animation Technology and Diploma Fashion Design.
