Pelajar berpeluang melakukan latihan amali dalam bidang binaan bangunan secara individu atau berkumpulan dengan bimbingan pengajar yang terlatih dan berpengalaman luas dalam bidang bangunan. Pembelajaran dan latihan amali meliputi kerja-kerja konkrit, bata, acuan, tetulang, kekemasan, pembinaan sistem perparitan, kerja-kerja ukur dan ujian bahan binaan disamping teori yang berkaitan. Program ini direka untuk menyediakan pelajar dengan kemahiran untuk bekerja dalam bidang rekabentuk bangunan dan pembinaan. Students have the opportunity to perform practical training in building construction individually or in groups under the guidance of trained instructors with extensive experience in the building industry.
