Ia merupakan satu inisiatif bagi merapatkan jurang antara keperluan industri dan kebolehpasaran graduan berkualiti tinggi dengan kemahiran yang mengagumkan yang mampu menjadi perantis dalam merevolusikan industri pembinaan di Malaysia. Antara kursus yang ditawarkan dalam program ini adalah teknologi mekanikal dan elektrikal, teknologi bangunaan cekap tenaga, teknologi pembinaaan industri, dan simulasi bangunan cekap tenaga. Selain itu pelajar turut didedahkan dengan situasi semasa yang berlaku dalam industri pembinaan.
