Ia merupakan satu inisiatif dalam menyediakakan graduan yang berkualiti dan bersedia memenuhi keperluan industri dari aspek teknikal, sahsiah dan profesionalisme. Antara kursus yang ditawarkan dalam program ini adalah teknologi mekanikal dan elektrikal, teknologi pembinaan, teknologi hijau dan alam sekitar, serta latihan praktikal mengenai perisian BIM. Graduan daripada program ini bakal bergelar \u2018BIM Modeller\u2019 yang mampu membangunkan dan melaksanakan analisis ke atas model mengikut spesifikasi yang ditetapkan oleh industri, serta mengemaskini \u2018Family\u2019 dan model mengikut spesifikasi yang telah ditetapkan. It is an initiative to produce quality graduates who are ready to meet industry needs in terms of technical skills, personality, and professionalism. Among the courses offered in this program are mechanical and electrical technology, construction technology, green technology and the environment, as well as practical training on BIM software. Graduates of this program will become BIM Modellers capable of developing and performing analysis on models according to industry specifications, as well as updating &#8220;Families&#8221; and models according to set requirements.
